12/21/2020 0 Comments A new Day dawns... 01/01/21 We welcome 2021 with a new location and home for B-LINE Self-Defence, at 513 Hamilton Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba! We will operate out of the Active Security Training Manitoba facility, and as always, look forward to being in the community with the CNIB, Blind Sport Manitoba, and St.Charles Catholic School, but also look forward to meeting many new people as we continue this year with many new and exciting workshops, seminars, and classes. Kevin KummerfieldA use of force specialist with 25+ years in the Martial Arts, Security & Law Enforcement, Kevin has extensive High Risk Escort & Close Quarter Protection experience, and is the Lead Instructor for Bissett Jiu-Jitsu Winnipeg, and founder of the B-LINE Self-Defence System. Starting his Jiu-Jitsu career in 1993, and professional career in 1994, Mr. Kummerfield has been a Correctional Officer, High Risk Escort Officer and Staff Facilitator for the Manitoba Department of Justice, as well as the Security Manager for Greenroom and Sound Republic., and is recognised by the Manitoba Department of Justice as a facilitator for the Manitoba Security Guard Training Program, Life Safety Facilitator by the Manitoba Emergency Services College, and is honoured to serve The Manitoba Legislative Assembly, reporting to the Sargent at Arms and attending to the Gallery & Legislative Sessions.
